For some businesses that fit our investment profile we undertake a direct investment in their operations and take a seat on their Board of Advisors.  For others, the 4SME team:

• Introduce them to sophisticated investors.


• Undertake a ‘Road Show’ to introduce their business to Venture Capital and other Private Equity investors.


• Work with the owners and management team to achieve an MBO.


• Implement the systems, procedures and level of Governance required to achieve an IPO.

The Process

• The 4SME team firstly seeks to understand what you want to achieve with your business before advising Clients with respect to the best refinancing approach or way to inject additional capital.


• Our team run a rigorous template across your business to establish what areas need addressing before presenting a proposal to the desired funding source.


• We work with Clients as an introducer and act as a conduit to the negotiation process with the various sources of funding being sort.
