What is Cloud Computing?

The Cloud is about accessing best practice hardware and software solutions.  Instead of the traditional approach in IT whereby a business would purchase its own servers, back up solution, virus protection solution, Microsoft Office and a suite of software products that resides on these servers, Cloud computing now allows all of this hardware and software to reside ‘in the Cloud’.  That is out in cyberspace.  Essentially, with Cloud computing a business can now access some of the best:
